Competencies:
- Minimum of University degree, candidates with a Master’s degree, CPA or CFA will have an advantage.
- Experienced IR professional with a minimum of 10 years of IR experience in a public company or external IR agency. Prior experience as a sell-side or buy-side analyst is a plus.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the global financial and capital markets and the ability to establish a strong industry network quickly.
- A clear and thorough understanding of the financial modelling techniques used by security analysts to project a company’s operating and financial performance and the resulting value for its stock.
- A good understanding of strategic communications, public relations, the press media, and Listed Company rules and exchange regulations.
- A good reputation established within the investment community, based on credibility, consistency, visibility, access, depth and breadth of knowledge, etc.
