Requirements
- Degree holder in HR, Business or Psychology is preferred.
- 8+ years experiences in holistic Learning & Curriculum Management. At least 2 years in soft skills / management skills course design and delivery.
- Solid experience in contemporary learning approach including eLearning Management, flip class-room, interactive learning technology, user-generated content is a must.
- Cross discipline / industry learning experiences and working exposure with world-class learning solutions provider is a plus.
