Requirements

  1. Degree holder in HR, Business or Psychology is preferred.
  2. 8+ years experiences in holistic Learning & Curriculum Management. At least 2 years in soft skills / management skills course design and delivery.
  3. Solid experience in contemporary learning approach including eLearning Management, flip class-room, interactive learning technology, user-generated content is a must.
  4. Cross discipline / industry learning experiences and working exposure with world-class learning solutions provider is a plus.
