The Position
Reporting to Group Head, the position is a KM expert to formulate strategy and champion the development / implementation in the following areas:

Knowledge Management Strategy & Blueprint Development

  • Conduct diagnosis of business needs on KM and identify Critical Knowledge.
  • Develop strategy and roadmap on KM approach for the organization. Support Department Head on developing business case to seek business stakeholder’s endorsement.

KM Project and System Management

  • Design KM project plan and develop process for Knowledge Acquisition and Systemization.
  • Recommend and source relevant KM portal & tools based on the KM blueprint or specific project needs. Guide assistance support in day-to-day KM portal administration.

KM Culture & Ecosystem Strategy

  • Develop strategy to instill KM Culture in a sustainable manner including training, award and incentive scheme.
  • Track and monitor KM activities and effectiveness in the KM ecosystem.

Requirements – Background & Experiences

  1. Degree holder in HR, Business or Knowledge Management is preferred.
  2. 10+ years experiences in holistic eLearning and / or Knowledge Management.
  3. Experience in advanced integrated learning system or KM platform (e.g. with learning credit, peer learning features) is preferrable.
  4. Cross discipline / industry learning experiences and working exposure with world-class learning solutions provider is a plus.
