Qualification and Experience Required :
• Degree holder preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Property/Building Management or related disciplines
• Professional qualification of MHKIS or MRICS is an advantage
• At least 15 years relevant work experience with extension and proven experience gained from retail or property leasing and management areas
Competencies (Knowledge, skills and attributes) :
• Familiar with landlord and tenant ordinance and leasing procedures
• Knowledge in asset management
• Extensive connections with properties agencies and industry stakeholders
• Pro-active, attention to details, highly motivated and driven with strong initiative
• Good team player and independent in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business sense and possess drive for excellence and etc.
