Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating training and development strategy to align with the Group’s development and business goals
  • Work closely with line managers to identify their training needs and provide adequate advice and training solutions
  • Design, deliver and evaluate a wide variety of competency-based management training programs for leadership development across the group.
  • Analyze post-training evaluation and carry out follow-up actions to ensure training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and to ensure they are competent and qualified for course delivery
  • Source and liaise with external training consultants for organization tailor-made training programs
  • Manage Qualification Framework learning system and deliver accredited Qualification Framework learning programs to branch management staff and enhance talent development framework

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or related discipline
  • At least 8 years solid experience in staff training and development, of which at least 3 years at managerial level. Experience in retail, service and F&B industry is preferable
  • Possession of talent development skills such as MBTI, EQ, WorkPlace Big Five Profile, Hogan Assessments, Design Thinking, Coaching and so on supported with proven track record and professional certificates
  • Hands on experience in managing talent development programs will be an advantage
  • A good team player with positive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good project management skills and able to work independently
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well versed in MS Office applications
