Roles and responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives and projects including new businesses, new formats and strategic partnerships
  • Develop Commercial/Business tracking system covering all KPIs
  • Build capabilities and systems for business analytics to drive initiatives and business
  • Responsible for market intelligence and competitors tracking by conducting research, in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses 
  • Lead on-the-ground researches on an as-need basis including surveys/ focus groups

 Requirements  

  • Degree holder, preferably in business/ economics related discipline
  • 8 – 13 years of relevant experience in business development/ business performance analysis in sizable corporations and or professional firms.
  • Interest in joining retail industry a must, experience in retail a plus
  • Solid quantitative skills – ability to run analyses independently
  • Good business acumen with attention to detail 
  • Positive personality and professional demeanor, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership for one’s work
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Cantonese is a must and conversant Mandarin a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
