Roles and responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives and projects including new businesses, new formats and strategic partnerships
- Develop Commercial/Business tracking system covering all KPIs
- Build capabilities and systems for business analytics to drive initiatives and business
- Responsible for market intelligence and competitors tracking by conducting research, in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Lead on-the-ground researches on an as-need basis including surveys/ focus groups
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in business/ economics related discipline
- 8 – 13 years of relevant experience in business development/ business performance analysis in sizable corporations and or professional firms.
- Interest in joining retail industry a must, experience in retail a plus
- Solid quantitative skills – ability to run analyses independently
- Good business acumen with attention to detail
- Positive personality and professional demeanor, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership for one’s work
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Cantonese is a must and conversant Mandarin a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
