• A university degree (full-time) or equivalent in related discipline 
  • Experience in implementing HR strategies into insights for designing communication requirements; communication implementation plan, and post-implementation management
  • Around 15 – 20 years of experience gained from reputable and sizable companies with implementing employee engagement and communication experiences
  • Knowledge of media monitoring, information management, and event management.
  • Knowledge of communication tools and channels, including website (Intranet), mobile apps, social media, etc..
