Requirements:

  • Degree holder with around 13 – 16 years F&B professional and solid brance management experience including branch supervisory experience for daily operations, customer services and business targets gained from western-style prestigious dining cuisine 
  • Enthusiastic, reliable and with drive in driving very good business results
  • Speaks fluent English and very well in Cantonese 
  • Presentable, possess very good communication skills and leadership skills
