• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or related fields
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in handling leasing deals and rental administration
  • Strong business acumen and attention to details
  • Good analytical skills and strong leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Good command and both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience with MS office applications
  • Ability to work on shift including weekends and public holidays

The Role:

  • To formulate and implement retail network strategies
  • Explores new districts/sites for business expansion by conducting market research and analysis, and keeping track of up-to-date property and leasing information
  • Coordinates with Property and Retail Managers on retail and tenancy related work and documentation
  • Participates in project-based tasks when required and collaborates with key stakeholders to achieve present deliverables
